Sri Prabhir Bhattacharya is a disciple of the great Pandit Deepak Choudhary (Pt. Deepak Choudhary himself is a disciple of Pt. Ravi Shankar). Sri Prabhir had about 17 years of training under his teacher and his playing style is notable for its range of emotions and speed. Sri Prabhir has been teaching Hindustani Vocal and Sitar for the past 10 years.
